VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM NEDBANK

Very poor customer services at nedbank Nelspruit crossing branch. I went to open a business account last week friday and I was told by the receptionis that the consultants work on appointment and I ask to make an appointment she told me 6i must leave my details she will hand it over to them and they will arrange a meeting I gave her my details. Nobody contacted me to set up a meeting
