Very poor Customer Service

Nedbank home loans double debited my account. I don't have a payment arrangement with them and have never skipped my bond. I called them on 23rd September and they promised to transfer it within hours. It's Wednesday and still nothing. I'm getting calls from all my other debit orders because they bounced. Will they refund me for all the penalty feed for all these debit orders?
