Very poor customer service and unreliable team leaders

I contacted Nedbank on the 06th Jan 2024, and spoke to Siyabonga Shabangu and his leader Siyabonga Ngcobo ref no ***8 and they promised me feedback by Thursday the 9 January 2025 till today I am still waiting with nothing very poor service for a client
