Very poor customer service

I apply an account online, then I receive an sms saying I must go to my nearest branch with ID and proof of residence, I went to the branch I stand in a queue from 10:00 to 15:00 to my surprise I did nit get any account just waste my whole day standing in a queue, they told me I will receive another sms up until now I haven't.
