Very poor Bank processing

Poor customer service and purchase transaction period. Will take my business elsewhere. I made multiple purchases on the 10th December 2022 and Nedbank removed the amount from my account 11 days later which took from my money I had reserved for other means. No willingness to refund me or resolve this issue as it is not my fault. When I purchase something the money should be removed from my account instantly. NOT 11 days later.
