VERY POOR BAD SERVICE SINCE MAY 2020

Nedbank is the worst bank you can go to. We been trying to withdraw money from a club account since May 2020 and every time we visit a Nedbank branch we are told a different story and we are turned back.

In May 2020 at Menlyn branch the Teller told us we need 3 signatories to withdraw the money but when we opened the Club account we specified that two people must be allowed. "She told us will assist you today but next time all 3 must come"

To our surprise in July 2020 when we went to Kollonade branch we were not assisted again, Teller and the Manager also did not assist with a withdrawal saying a notice was not made. After three hours of waiting we were also turned back.

Yesterday 29 September 2020 was a cherry on top. We were not assisted again and now the sorry was this account was open under a minor and it wants 3 signatories but one person signature is on the system. Turned back again, this time we were told they will call us back. How many times must people go to a Nedbank branch in order to just get one service done??

My advice to people is, do not go to Nedbank to open any account. You will get the worst service ever!
