Very poor and bad service from Nedbank

I would kindly like to put a complaint against Nedbank,and this is not for the 1st timw ,i have been a loyal customer to nedbank for the last 10 years and i will be closing my account from now. This will be the 3rd time where they have not assistanted or been helpfull in anyway, I have called and recieved very rude feedback,being sent from the one consultant to another and they keep getting ruder. They have taken money from my account without any consent or communication with me,they are *****ing money that is not even theres. Could ypu kindly help because i am fed up with there poor service.
