Very happy and satisfied

I am very happy with the service of Nedbank generally and in particular Port Shepstone Oribi branch. Why? 1. Mostly because of the best offer for credit card. I earn effective 1.12% back on every sliding of my card and most internet purchases. Only one day shoping of ~7000 gave me R75 back. Absa gives 4 times less, 0.25%, and there is a ridiculous R267 fee just tp be able to earn it. Guess how much you need to spend just to get even 114000!!!. Canceled my fnb card as well, cos ebucks sucks. Used to get 1%, but they made it useless in 2015. Have virgin card which is free, no fees, but no rewards also, and very low limit of 35000, pls they have very bad service, e.g. apologised when i asked for investigation why i am refused increase. At the branch Billy, Stephanie, and Jess went out of their way to help all my family of 4 to open accounts and credit cards, as i left fnb for good and absa. Only 1 thing needs attention: pay as you use account still has very high transaction fee of R3, compared to absa R2 and capitec R1.50. If you guys reduce it to 1.50, i will close my capitec and put all my business with you. The profit you will make is much higjer than the reduction. Consider it!
