Very dissapointing and poor service from Nedbank.

Poor service from Nedbank. Some commited ***** on my nedbank account, i reported the matter to the nedbank ***** division and saps. No further correspondece received from Nedbank. Everytime I make a follow up,the matter ia being escalated. Even after my app is uninstalled and my nedbank password and things were amended and my account blocked,the perpetrators still continued to access my account. However np support or updates is received from Nedbank,it seems to me they do not want to refund my money.
