very disappointing, and defiantly not legal
nedbank have decided to claim incoming funds on my account as security... there was no permission granted and i can not see how this is legal. when i call in to try get it resolved i get passed from department to department with no results or assistant. i am shocked to say the least.

06 Sept 2017, 10:39so i have emailed ned bank on the provided email address there, and still no assistance..
i contacted my stand in private banker as mine normally guy is on vacation and only a smug response and no assistance.. ned bank is still holding my money hostage.. really shocked.. that no one can bother to even reply or assist and i highly doubt what they are doing is legal.. i have banked with them for years, but sad to see how badly they handle them selves.. i will be forced to move banks.
