Very disappointing

I'm truly disappointed with nedbank of how unprofessional the staff was at the hayfields branch. Fair enough I understand its lockdown so I was standing in line and it was my turn to get in the bank but I was refused entrance into the bank and the staff that was allowing clients through told the other guy that was behind me to enter just because his a rich buisnessmen. I never thought that you had to be rich to get first preference into a bank. I've been banking with nedbank for many years and I'm just disgusted off how I was treated this morning. I feel of just closing my bank account with nedbank
