Very Disappointed with NedBank / MFC

Nedbank decided to deduct my vehicle loan instalment on 17/04/2025 instead of 25/04/2025 without my consent. I am very disappointed because I have never missed any payment on the agreed date. I have to cancel all my plans for easter holidays because I was out of funds. This is unprofessional and it Show that they don't respect their clients. Spoke to one of their Consultants on Saturday, she said that she's not sure how I am gonna work around my situation
