Very disappointed with Nedbank 😏

I'm so disappointed with Nedbank. When they sell the My goals plus account they say it comes with Free greenbacks benefit. I didn't get that that benefit instead they kept on charging me for it, I called them a few months back and complained and they returned my money. But they didn't stop charging me for the following months, I am not happy at all with this bank that I used to adore so much. And also they transacted amounts of R8.50 for BDS ABSA Insurance Funds that I know nothing about. I'm so
