Very disappointed with nedbank

I am very disappointed by the service m getting from this bank. Been with the bank for +10 years, they can solve a simple issues 'credit limit increase error'

What a heartless staff they have, they keep moving me from one department to another. First it was a money app agent who instructed me to go to the bank. The branch told me straight they can't assist. Went back to the money app chat the lady called me and I spent +40 minutes been transferred from one the department after holding for a long period of time the agent decided to hangup on me

I guess this is their way of saying I am less important in mean who can live with a credit limit of 300?
