Very disappointed Nedbank Homeloans

I am extremely disappointed with Nedbank Homeloans. They debited my bank account today without my authority. This caused me to incur additional bank charges and left me with insufficient funds to cover my upcoming expenses. When I contacted their customer service and spoke to their credit manager they were unhelpful and unapologetic. I expected better from a bank that claims to value its customers. This has happened at the worst time of the month less than 10 days from Christmas. Now I need to secure a R35000 loan to cover my expenses. As a private client, I will be moving all my business from Nedbank.I would not recommend Nedbank Homeloans to anyone.”
