Very disappointed in my bank

I app**** for a personal loan and was declined ...i have been banking the my bank for so long and now that i need help they they not there for you...i could not get any feedback from the call agent as the guy just saidcitvwas declined in the back office ..i have signed all the forms even sent my payslip and i was lust looking for 120k and the guy just tild me but i was approved for 180k... i have no enq on my experian report or itc report showing that there was an eng done ...the agent who did my application told me that the loan might be clined if you have not declared any information correctly... I have a court case where im taking on absa regarding a car thatvthey financed and this case is running for 5 years they have forged my signiture and are protecting the dealer so i needed help from my own bank to pay my legal fees...
