Very disappointed!

I am sooooo disappointed at Nedbank....the run around they giving me is so unnecessary, I just want my credit card closed. I logged a call on the 18 of Dec till today the account is accumulating from charges and mind you I have settled this account and wanted it closed. Who is going to be liable for this balance accumulating now??????

I just phoned now the call center and had to hold the line for 45min and only be told they experiencing high volume of call and was given a new case number of which even the one I have from the 18th is not resolved yet. Such a disappointment.
