Very disappointed customer - Ready to move banks

Nedbank Pinelands branch is the absolute worst. Friday I drew some cash from another bank that I bank with and tried making a deposit into my Nedbank account at the Pinelands branch. It took a whole 5minutes and the atm kept saying "validating notes". Eventually my card comes out of the atm and my cash was never sent to my account. The atm never returned my cash either. Went into the bank only for the consultant to tell me, "it happens all the time". For one there was no sign stating that customers should not deposit cash. Secondly the consultant was so nonchalant as she logged my query telling e i have to wait a few days for the cash to be sent back, as if this was my fault. Now I'm particular ****ed as this is not my first and only issue with Nedbank. The first time my card was said have been swiped when i never used my card. I had to cancel my card and pay for another. When i queried this incident with their ***** department they advised that they will look into and I should receive my cash back within 6-8 weeks. I never received any follow ups and never received my cash back. banks are supposed to be there to keep our cash safe, we pay fees for this service. Nedbank I'm DONE!!!!
