Very disappointed at this branch

Nedbank adderly staff and their manager are lazy bunch of workers. Today we were turned back to come tomorrow for club savings transfers because they are short staffed. That time we made and appointment last week for today. The manager even had the nerve to say there is nothing she can do we must come back tomorrow because the lady we made an appointment with is not at work today. Do we have to waiting for someone that is not at work when the branch has workers at the branch. We made an appointment we didn’t just show up🤬🤬 We must not ask from work to be excused again for an hour or 2 because we have to go to nedbank🤷🏽 they did not even bother to ask how many members of our club Mxm.
