Very disappointed and helpless

I have an account with MFC netbank. My car was written off and i have been taken back and forth. Currently can't afford to pay the amount agreed upon,have stated reasons to their department. I have been waiting for a call from Rosie Joseph regarding the matter. I was even given the wrong reference number and that's how they got rid of me.

How do we trust the companies like this if we can't get the help we need?
