Very disappointed and Aggrieved

Very disappointed, after being with Nedbank for years, they decide they can just debit funds from my transactional account to my personal account, when calling customer care, i get told it was done in error as my accounts are all up to date. Was told a refund would be done but 2 days later, still waiting. Will surely be moving my accounts elsewhere, cant deal with entities that think they can make and do with your hard earned money what they want.
