Very disappointed

I would like to share my great dissapointment with Nedbank. I app**** for a loan on the 28th due to a medical emergency. I app**** online submitted all documents and too further initiative to go to the branch and check if all is in order. While at the branch a consultant called and said the application is successful I should accept on my phone and payment will be done within 2 to 3days. I left the branch and thought everything is sorted. I am still waiting till today, when I call im being told the back office is handling my application 😔😔😔 ID *** contact ***
