VERY DISAPPOINTED

I took out a personal loan with Nedbank in July to help get a new place to live. In August I was short paid and my debit order bounced, but I was able to pay the amount in cash at the beginning of September to get the payment up to date. At the end of September, my debit order went off properly but then came October and I was debited twice without any notification from Nedbank. I called them on Friday 25th October to ask why I was double charged for the month and the lady said to me that there was nothing they could do about it until the funds reflected in their account, so I decided to let it go for the weekend. I then phoned them again on Monday 28th October to find out what the story was and the gentleman that I spoke to said that he did see the double debit order was done and then he said to me that they would refund my account with the cash amount that was paid in the beginning of September, but that it would take 3-4 working days to complete and even gave me a reference number for the refund but we are now going onto 6 working days and still no refund in my account or even a call from Nedbank to inform me about what was happening. I hope this matter gets sorted out very soon.

Reviewer Update
I just called Nedbank again to ask why my money had still not been paid and I was informed that they tried to call me but got my Voice mail, which is a HUGE lie as my phone has never rang from Nedbank as I have Caller ID on my phone. They then said to me that I needed a proof of payment to be sent through with regards to the cash deposit, but I was never informed about that last week and as I stated to them that I had lost the proof of payment due to the fact that I was moving when the payment was made. Now I have to go to the police station to get an affidavit to state the payment was made. Nedbank is one of the world's worst banks ever and I will NEVER recommend anyone using them.
