Very bad service, misery from early debit order date

Good day

I had a very bad service with nedbank, early this month they send sms about the early debit order being debited from my account. They requested me to reply on that sms with the right debit order date which i did, 30th of this month because its my debit order date and i never miss payments.

But on monday 19th they debited my account and it was my only cent left for petrol to travell from cape town to alice eastern cape. I was so stressed because i was on the road already so i had to borrow money from people. I was in a very bad situation, we had no food on the road with a four year old baby in the car.

I called to complian and they said it will take 24 to 48 ours but till now as i am writting this review no money in my account. People are asking for their money and i have to tell stories. I hate this bank, a journey that was supposed to be joyful turned to be very sour and full of misery.

I need my R2000.00 from nedbank today please help so that i can pay peaple.
