Very bad service from Nedbank personal loans

I have app**** for a Nedbank consolidation personal loan last week Wednesday the 2nd of September , till today the loan has not been paid. I have been calling the ***number quoting my reference number *** since than each time the they tell me its approved but nothing happens, yesterday they said it was with payment , today i called again and they don't know where the application is sitting if they don't know than i don't know who is supposed to know. the sad part is that i should call them twice a day for an update no one bothers to call. The agent that assisted me is not a Nedbank staff and has no direct emails. i have send countless messages to *** , *** and ***. I have never experienced such a bad service over a personal loan especially from a big bank like Nedbank.
