Very bad service from nedbank

A month ago or so, i app**** online for the Nedbank credit card, the process was complicated enough were i finished my application via the phone, send alll the docs on email multiple times, communication was very poor, from giving feedback, all feedback i will have to call to know hoe far my application is to approval and delivery, guess what since i was told that my card will be delivered in 14 days, i guess today is a month and couple of days, just again follwed up on the 07/06/2021 to be asked if anyone ever called me? Which is no, and told that the card is already with the courier, they will call me today 07/06/2021 or the next day, to confirm the delivery date. I am still awaiting for that elusive call. The other thing i just learned the day i called that a chqq acc has been app**** for me as well, how would i need a chqq account, i got a chqq that i do not pay for. SO I WILL NOT RECOMEND NWDBANK TO ANYONE INTILL THEY CHANGE THEIR ATTITUDE TOWARDS US,
