Very Bad service

Tired of the ****ty service provided by Nedbank and this i not the first time. You get poor quality service when you contact their contact centre. I have requested for the two transactions to be reversed, that was not done and was referred to someone else. I am tired of being sent through from pillar to post. I will be closing my credit card as soon as possible. I am so mad, cant even think straight. They can miss me as a client. nxa!
