Very bad service and communication

<p>My daughter app**** for a study load at Nedbank Carnivall Mall Brakpan. I had to take a days leave on the 13 January 2017 to take the paperwork in and see that they had all the paperwork that was needed. The lady that helped me looked through all the paperwork, and said that everything is fine, and can not see any reason why the loan would not be approved. The letter from the College, Complete School of Hairdressing and Beauty in Springs, was attached with all the details, the date that she must start at the Collage, what level the course is, the amounts everything was on there. The lady who helped me with all of this, said that a study loan does not take long to be approved and will be sorted out by the time she will start at the college. </p> <p>She needed to start on the 31st January. So I phoned the week before she needs to start to make sure everything is in orde. Verry dissapointed she is on leave and not available. I phoned the call centre and they gave me a number to phone to find out if it has been approved. When they checked on their system, they told me it has not been captured on the system. I phoned the branch back, and explained to them the situation. Another lady took over and re-send all the paperwork. She confirmed that the correct person has confirmed that everything has been received and it will be loaded and send through for approval. I waited another 2 days, phoned again but from there onwards nobody was available to speak to me. They are or in meeting or not in for the day. Up until this morning when I got hold of the Mananger, where he promised me that one of the ladies that dealt with the case will phone me back. Nobody phoned me back. I phoned the number again that the call centre gave me the previous time, and again ware I dissapointed to hear it has not been captured on the system.</p> <p>The lady explained then to me that this application will never be approved because Nedbank only approve study loans from level 5!!!! All this time and nobody could tell me??? After they have all the paperwork and letter from the College explaining everything???? </p> <p>Me and my children are memebers with Nedbank for ages, and now we abosolute will change banks. This is for sure. The owner of the College had except her to start with the course because she never had a problem with studyloans. So my daughter is going for her 3rd week now, attending the College - without the approval of a studyloan??? This is very bad!!!</p> <p>Very very very bad service from Nedbank Carnival Mall.</p>
