VERY BAD SERVICE!!! 😡😡😡😡😡

Deposited money into my account yesterday(18/03/22), no sms notification and money did not reflect. I called the contact centre, i was referred to another section spoke to a consultant she then referred me to her manger Mr naidoo, he escalated the matter reference no is: 862253, called today he was not in. However today i did not speak to a manger, consultant(Sibusiso) spoke to the consultant that referred the matter to the manager i forgot her name. He told me that, he also advised me that i will get feedback by 13H00 which did not happen. My plans for the weekend are ruined, cant go see my kids. What makes me angry the most is, it was not my wrong doing nor my mistake. I am stranded at home,
