Very bad service

Hi, l have a serious bad service problem with Nedbank cancelation department, am an Auctioneer and l have sold a property that is bonded with them on a divorce liquidation matter. The transferring attorney and the liquidators have been waiting for cancelation figures for more than 3 months. On the other hand other banks we do get cancelation figures within a week during this lock down. Their service is so bad, l mean how on earth can it take a bank 3 months just to give figures so that the bond can be canceled or its their other way to keep accumulating interest? I wouldn't advise any buyers to take a bond with Nedbank, l mean if one sells and it takes 3 months to get figures the purchase will cancel the deal, whereas you can get cancelation figures within a week from other banks. These guys are very useless.
