Very bad service

Good day.

I am here now sitting at Nedbank Makhado. The service is so bad and I've been sitting here for about an hour without help. To make things worse almost every desk is empty and the clients can see most of the consultants walking up and down carrying food. I just lost my mom yesterday and to wait for an hour just to put a funeral clam/Group life cover in my state of mind is very frustrating. I've never in my whole life experienced such bad service where employees just rush off to eat and leave their clients hanging.
