Very bad service

I settled my nedbank personal loan account on 2nd December 2022 ***. I haven't received my settlement latter till today and it's said to be handed over after 7 working days. I've been on the call with them spoke to Merlyn de-plo and Chandra but still the issue hasn't been resolved. I've been patiently waiting still no feedback or communication nothing.
