Very bad service

I opened an account with nedbank dobsonville mall on the 13-03-23 and I was to collect the at a later date when it was read. I collected the card seven days (20-03-23) later when I had received an sms to collect the card. I had not even used that card and it was with me but already funds had been withdrawn on my account. Follow ups reveal that a duplicate card was used and the one i have subsequently blocked. I learned that the one i have is blocked when i tried to use it on the day of the collecting, really. Guys you can do better really, taking peoples funds off their accounts like that is really unsettling and cripy. Apon follwoing it up I was inform I have to wait for 3-6 weeks whilst they investigate. Question, who has money lying around and can afford for it to tied up somewhere. Card ***** Case ***3
