Very bad service

I am so stressed right now, my payment date for my personal loan was changed from the 26th to the 23rd without my knowledge, I called in last month to fix the whole issue but still the payment ddnt go trough and now I am listed that the account is in arrears, I called and I am being sent from agent to agent, spoke to Zizipho from personal loans department, spoke to Nozipho in the complaints department and finally was directed to Carol in the collections department and all she dd was mute our call without helping, I sent am email to complaints and still no response
