Very bad service

Very bad experience im getting now. Both Southdale branch and from legal contact centre, spoke to *** to this day he does not reply to my emails, no references and when I send email to complain I get a reply that says I do not have a reference number. I am waiting for my refund for the money that I mistakenly deposited to a closed credit card I called no one assisted, I sent emails no reply. Bad service Nedbank very bad at replying to customers.
