Very bad service

Very bad experience with Nedbank Home insurance. In June 2021 they break into my House, Damaged my gate motor, Nedbank Insurance refuse to pay I had to pay R3000,00 out of my pocket to fix the gate motor, In 30 September 2021, I reported the stove oven, the rejected my claim. Worst of all if the claim is rejected they do not even notify me, I must call them. I do not recommend this insurance to anybody.
