VERY BAD SERVICE

<p>ref to Complaint : Case : ********** 0 After dealing with&nbsp;**** I was promised the moon and the stars, he will get someone from the correct dept to help me. My next mail to him was "8 days later now.... still not no feedback" where he then told me in a very long e mail, this is not my department...&hellip; I was at your East Rand branch for hours where no body could help me and I was told to call ********** 111 who in turn told me i must ask the branch to assist. I REALLY DONT KNOW WHO TO TURN TO AS IT'S BEEN MONTHS NOW.</p>
