Very bad online credit card application process

I app**** in July for a credit card through Nedbank online. I waited 3 weeks for someone to get back to me regarding the application, was phoned 2 weeks ago to tell me they require some documents, which I sent - and didn't hear anything again. Phoned the customer call centre this week, I was told the card was approved, she will get all the detail for me and send me the quotation, it's now been 5 days and I'm still waiting. Very very bad service from Nedbank!!
