Very Bad NedbankMoney App. No SendMoney Reversals ????????

Im so dissapointed and disgusted by Nedbank Money App. I was persuaded to use nedbank some few months ago by my friend but how does a bank have a send imali facility and do not hve a system to reverse a wrong transaction... FNB ewallet has got it, Standard Bank, Absa hve it too. And my question is how does even Bank Ombudsman allow that.

I send money by mistake and i immediately tried to reverse it amd i cnt. Called them severals times they say its impossible it will come back after 48Hrs if it's not taken. So it means the owner of the phone takes it i hve lost my hard earned cash for a simple mistake that can be done by anyone and anytime because of their rigid system.

If they dnt change i will close those stupid Professional Accounts and leave Nedbank.
