Very bad experience with Nedbank Strand 7140

Very disapointed with service offered by Nedbank in Strand 7140. We opened a group account and we wanted to change one of the segnatory. Its been three weeends now going to Nedbank in Strand wanted to change the signatory and being asked to bring new requirements each time we go there. Last time we had to report to the bank manager when we wanted to withdraw the money and the Same lady gave us complications as well. This is the Same lady who is sending us back and forth after all we are using fuel, time and money for nothing. I personally bank with Absa and i never had such a terible experience. We do not want to borrow but we want to save our money as a group of which the account is already open it only the issue of changing one of the signatory. I dont recomend anyone to go Nedbank in Strand 7140
