Very bad experience with mfc

Got a call from a telesales person informing me about a Value Added Product ppp telesale and service plan, He went through what the product was and asked if I understood what the product was about I said yes I did. This was not me saying yes I wanted this product added on to my instalment amount for my car as I already have my own insurance.

I have tried to call but I keep getting sent from department to department. They can't seem to find anything on my account for this Value Added Product yet money was debited from my account when this is not even the date of my actual debit order!!!!!!!!!!

This is my first time with MFC and I have not had a great experience with them so far. I feel ****med nobody is helping me bad bad experience
