Very bad experience
Very very bad service I ever got from online consultants. Since last night they just connect no communication and my message are delivered but no Responce and funny part when I ask if the consultant is still there, they do respond I'm so irritated right now. I'm a loyal customer to Nedbank since 2008 but now Im very dissapontment.

19 Apr 2020, 08:14Let me take this opportunity to say thank you to Hasina she knows what is customer service xeim it took almost an hour trying to find solution to my problem she was even calling as result I'm happy now. The rest I connect to they were useless sorry to say that
