very bad customer service while my money is being taken

I am so annoyed with nedbank, there is money that is being debited on my account and I called im much to enquire what is it that is being debited, the consultant gave me a reference number to follow up *** and I did call to follow up weeks later and i was made to hold more than 20 minutes and i was told it is for a credit card, and i do not have any credit card, I was tranferred to another department and they also told me they cannot assist me , I am tired, I cannot sit on the phone the whole day while being sent from pillar to post
