Very bad customer and rude and bad service

I just received a rude call from nedbank official when I asked her why she phoned me after hours, she rudely informed me that she worked until 20h00 but I informed her according to my agreed contacting tine with Nedbank is between during normal time but she inserted she worked until 20h00 and I was forced to cut off the call because of her being rude towards customer.

Kindly please investigate and implement appropriately action.
