Very bad building insurance.
Please don't use nedbank building insurance as they don't like paying out when something is damaged from the storm to your house.
They reject your claim outright.
Very bad insurance.

03 Sept 2020, 08:08All nedbank tells you is its maintenance. These people are ripoffs. The first time they came out the assessor was so rude to my mom and told her you won't get no payout for this leaking roof. Our roof was damaged from the storm now during winter and they telling me that the roof is leaking because of lack of maintenance. Stop conning people. We pay insurance for more than 20 years and only claimed once. All that money paid over more than 20 years and you don't want to repair what I paid for. I'm extremely disappointed in nedbank.
