Very Bad attitude from the branch Manager

Morning I went to Nedbank branch in Germiston to sort my account out and the service I got there from the manager was so unbelievable and I even asked if he was the manager and he assured me that he was. I have decided to close my account and move to another bank who knows all about customer service.
