Very Bad Assistance from Nedbank

I am totally disgusted with this bank!! I have a bond with Nedbank since 2021 since I have had my bond I have never received a statement on my bond via post or email my bond has increased with R2000.00 over the last 2 years due to this matter I have emailed phoned have ref number which they cannot find apparently have visited the bank personally to which the consultant emailed Nedbank Home Loan directly out of the branch till date no one has assisted me in anyway I held on today on the phone for 22 min and still they could not assist me when asking for a ref number they were holding for the computer to respond ridiculous!!! I am so angry due to this matter I might not be able to pay my bond as I seek assistance from Nedbank with regards I honesty don't recommend Nedbank to anyone when wanting to phone a branch you need to go through a call center who knows nothing can't locate the branch because they can't spell the branch they can't locate the person I spoke to inside the branch neither what am I to do to get help as no one can assist me
