Very appalling service from the card replacements division

I ordered a replacement card which is expired that was on 19 April 2023, to date I have not received any text or call as to where my card might be. I called this morning and the consultant I spoke to could not assist me, instead referred me to the initial lady who did assist me on the 19 April 2023 and the lady said she was going to call with feedback which she never did, still I am waiting with no feedback and I cannot be calling everyday for the same thing.
