Very Angry Client

Nedbank is the worst ever I was fired from my job during covid and I had a loan with Nedbank with insurance. When I submitted my claim this included termination letter, employment contract, ui19 form filled and signed as per request.

They called the company and I was advised they cannot pay my claim because my ex boss did not confirm over the phone.

How would I get ui19 form and termination letter if I was not terminated. To top if off I received uif in the nedbank account. Boom I was really fired but it was not enough.

Why do you request all these documents of your decision is based on a call.

Really dumb and unprofessional.

You just did not want pay.

The fact that you had all the proof but looked for an excuse not to pay.

RUN AWAY FROM NEDBANK PEOPLE THEY FIND EVERY EXCUSE NOT TO PAY.

I have sent numerous email and all you get is an auto response no one ever contacted me I guess to them I'm just a number.
