Verification not being done for 2 loans!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

<p>We app**** for a personal load from Nedbank. it is approved in principle, but the verification was apparently an issue. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now the second time we app****, verification seems to be an issue again!!! We phoned the call centre and they can't even confirm my husband's work number on the system. This loan is again going to expire and we will have to apply once again!!! this is bad for my husband's credit record.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am terribly upset about the service we are receiving from Nedbank at the moment.</p>
